ARE YOUR CANDLES ECO-FRIENDLY?

We use a combination of coconut wax and beeswax in our candle-making process, complemented by braided cotton wick and premium fragrance oils. Our commitment to quality ensures that all our candles are cruelty-free, and free from phthalates, parabens, and carcinogens. Additionally, we prioritize sustainability by packaging our products in fully recyclable materials.

 

HOW DO I PROPERLY CARE FOR MY CANDLE?

Always light your candle on a flat, fireproof surface and never leave it unattended. On the first lighting, allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the glass. This ensures optimal performance every time you use it.

 

TRIM THE WICK

Keep the wick trimmed to about 1/4 inch before each burn. This helps prevent excessive flickering and soot buildup.

BURN TIME

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and never burn a candle all the way through, allowing the melt pool to reach the edge of the jar.

KNOW WHEN TO STOP 

Please Discontinue When your candle gets down to 1/4" (6.35mm) of wax, it's time to let it go.

 

I'VE TUNNELED MY CANDLE. WHAT CAN I DO ?

If you've accidentally tunneled your candle, don’t worry—there’s an easy fix! Just wrap some foil around the sides and top of the tin, and poke a little hole to light the wick. This creates a cozy oven for the wax to melt evenly. And remember, on your first burn, let your candle stay lit until all the wax melts to the edge. This helps form a memory ring for future burns. All orders are shipped through UPS. Any order over $75 within the continental U.S. qualifies for free shipping. ROWA ships to continental USA and Canada. Please note that rowacandles.com is not able to deliver shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Quebec, P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military states, or U.S territories.
