Are your candles eco-friendly?
Beyond a clean burn, a commitment to nature.
We believe in a non-toxic lifestyle. Every ROWA candle is hand-poured using a premium blend of natural coconut and beeswax, complemented by lead-free cotton wicks. Our creations are always cruelty-free and strictly formulated without phthalates, parabens, or carcinogens. To honor the earth, we ensure all our packaging is fully recyclable.
How do I properly care for my candle?
- The First Burn: To prevent tunneling, allow the wax to melt completely to the edge of the glass on your first lighting. This creates a "memory ring" for an even burn every time.
- Trim the Wick: Before each light, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. This ensures a calm flame and prevents soot.
- Safe Enjoyment: Never leave a lit candle unattended and limit burn time to 4 hours. For safety, discontinue use when only 1/4 inch of wax remains.
I’ve tunneled my candle. What can I do?
Restoring the balance of the wax.
Don’t worry, there is a simple fix. Wrap aluminum foil around the sides and top of the jar, leaving a small opening for the wick. The trapped heat will act as a "cozy oven," melting the stubborn wax back into a smooth, even pool.
What is the status of my order?
From our studio to your home.
Orders are carefully prepared during weekdays (Monday–Friday). Once your ROWA piece has been dispatched, you will receive an email with UPS tracking details to follow its journey to your doorstep.
What are your shipping methods and policies?
Our Shipping Partner: All ROWA creations are carefully dispatched via UPS to ensure a safe and reliable journey to your home.
Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $60 within the continental U.S.
Shipping Destinations: Currently, we deliver to the continental USA and Canada.
Service Limitations: At this time, we are unable to fulfill shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Quebec, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military states, or U.S. territories.
Can I still make changes to an order I've already placed?
